A leading manufacturing is hiring a Project Manager. This company serves future-minded customers and brings them world-leading solutions by the best team in the business. We are looking for a Project Manager who has strong project management skills and tracking methodologies. PM will have a knowledge and understanding of specification creation, scheduling, financial analysis, resource allocation, and time management.
As part of this company, you’ll see world-leading solutions brought to life by the best in the business. PM will have a strategic role in managing projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 salary, depending on experience

Essential Project Manager Functions:
- Monitor task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans
- Become subject matter expert in assigned vertical industry and solution offerings, in industry best practices and innovation, and the voice in execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal department leads, customers, and vendors
- Support managers to meet sales revenue goals
- Participate in regular knowledge sharing, performance feedback meetings, and serve as a company ambassador
- Follow and execute company sales/PM methods and processes to deliver a frictionless customer experience and clearly define and execute sales packages, project goals and status updates
- Support managers in development of vertical and account planning, to include performance, annual predictive planning, delivering predicted planning, sales revenue closings and delivery timelines
- Provide feedback and updates to senior PM and sales manager on tools and resources
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Service Reps to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget
- Provide project milestone updates to Accounts Receivable for purchase order invoicing
- Ensure continuity between drawing packages and technical specifications
- Collect all pertinent data for supporting specifications, i.e., documentation for contracts
- Research and develop client specifications and how they compare to company standard parts
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations/agendas
Background Profile:
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Industrial Technology / Engineering, Management, or related discipline strongly desired
- 2 – 4 years of direct work in a project management capacity
- Professional Management Certification a plus
- An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in the description may be substituted for the above requirements
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
