Part-Time Night Auditor

Attention all night owls!  LC Staffing is hiring for a Part-time Night Auditor for a local Kalispell hotel.  Bring your best guest-customer service genius, and let us help you connect with this position.

Pay:  $18 to $19 hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Approximately 3 to 4 days per week, open availability preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide the best guest experience possible following through on all guest requests
• Be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards, guest expectations and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area
• Fulfill all front office functions, night audit checklists and prepare reports daily
• Process cashiering procedures accurately and maintain proper record keeping
• Ensure associates are attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow associates
• Assist with periodic checks by the midnight house attendant of building and guest corridors to ensure all areas are locked and secured
• When needed, assist guests with food and beverage orders in a friendly, professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field, preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• College course work in related field, helpful
• Previous supervisory responsibility, preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles
